During her Saturn Return, photographer Marley Montgomery started seeing ghosts—on camera and off. Now she’s back in her Florida hometown, where the paranormal hides in plain sight.

Her new reality is anything but ordinary. Marley’s visions of the past have led her to the Enchanted Antique Shop—which just happens to house a time-travel portal in the back room.

When a mysterious black cat strolls into the Enchanted Antique Shop on Halloween, Marley’s plans for a quiet holiday quickly unravel.

The cat, a sassy and surprisingly talkative creature named Moonshade, has a bone to pick with Marley’s mentor, Eleanor.

Decades ago, when she was a novice witch, Eleanor accidentally bound Moonshade to the town’s graveyard. Now, the cat is trapped—free to roam only on Halloween night—and he’s tired of waiting for someone to free him once and for all.

To break the spell, Marley must race against the clock, navigate the tricky rules of time travel, and set things right for Moonshade—and for Eleanor.
